This will help you identify the other problems you are solving for them. When we solve one problem, our solution impacts many other areas of their life. This is what you want to focus on in your interview. Each additional problem that you solve is another topic to add to your content bank! For example, I am a Content Creation Coach and I help mompreneurs create content. When a coach hires me, they can expect that they will learn how to develop tons of content ideas to fill their visibility calendar. However, I know that when I am able to simplify their business, and I take that headache off their plate, they are now happier in their business. So, an additional outcome could be that they have more energy to devote to their clients and their family. Knowing this, I can add content to my calendar highlighting how great it is to have extra energy to spend on yourself and your family. I also know that now that they no longer have to spend so much time on finding content, they can more easily focus on serving their clients and signing up new clients. This means that an additional outcome would be that they can look forward to making more money. With this information, I can create content around how much easier it is to grow your business when you have the time to devote to servicing your clients and new client acquisition.
