Giving Thanks And Gratitude For The Support
The source of your problem and its solution may be unfathomable to you. In whatever way feels right for you, visualize connecting to the moon. Allow yourself to sink into the moon, attuning yourself to the frequency of the moon. Breathe and receive. Allow yourself to receive in whatever way feels right. Breath opens the channels of receptivity. Breathe and receive. The more intentional you can be, the better. If you’d like to make moon water charged with your intentions and healing, hold a glass of water in your hands and ask that the moon continue to support you by charging this water with its energy. Take a few deep breaths in and out, visualize moonlight infusing the water in your hands. Place the glass by a window overnight. Even if you can’t see the moon, you can simply place the water by the window and set your intention.
Any Way At All
For further support, add some of the moon water to your bath or your foot soak. Again, this is a way to take simple actions and give them meaning. It’s a ritual for stress release before bed, or anytime you need it. To start, take a tissue or a piece of toilet paper and write down a word or two or even just a symbol representing your anxiety, obstacles, or problems. Hold the tissue between the palms of your hands and visualize your stress seeping into it. Take a few deep breaths in and out. Have a small bowl of water ready. Put the tissue to the side and place your hands around the bowl, visualizing the water as the embodiment of energetic flow. When you are ready, place the tissue in the bowl of water and allow your problems to dissolve. Let the elements work out your issue for you. Let yourself think that nothing is at it seems. Allow the water to sit as long as necessary to dissolve the words or symbol on the tissue. Fight It Out
And when you are done, scoop out any remnants, put them into the trash, and pour the water down the drain. Complete this ritual by simply giving thanks and gratitude for the support both seen and unseen. There are so many levels at work and at play in this lifetime. This ritual is also excellent to use during a dark moon or a full moon. It purifies and nourishes. The element of Water is related to emotions, fluidity, and flow. I usually shower in the evenings before bed as a way of cleaning my body and clearing my energy field, especially on days when I am facilitating energy sessions with clients. If I find myself still thinking about a client’s issue at the end of the day, I use the Water element to release and cleanse that energy out of my system. You might use a shower or foot soak as an evening ritual to detach from all of the activities of the day. Another option is to sit on the edge of your tub and rinse your feet under the faucet with cold water. Whether it’s a soak or a rinse, imagine or visualize stress from the day draining and clearing from your feet. Your feet are a major component of releasing and grounding energy through your system. Not Guilty
Allow the hustle and bustle of the day, the worry, and the tension to just flow from your entire body, slowly and surely pouring out through the soles of your feet. Let the Water element clear, transmute, and nourish the energy lines and energy centers of your feet. Take this time to release anything from the day that does not serve you. Consider adding one drop of jatamansi essential oil to the almond or sesame oil and rubbing the bottom of your soles. As you oil and massage your feet, express your gratitude to them. Let your feet know how thankful you are for the stabilizing support. When you finish, tuck your feet into some cozy socks. Sesame oil is warming and nourishing in nature. Jatamansi is helpful in dreamwork if you can handle the scent. If you’d prefer a different scent, choose whatever essential oil you like. For sleep, try one that is more calming than invigorating. Scent is truly a personal preference, so go with a scent that is calming for you. This involves the use of flower essences in nontraditional ways. Just as flowers bloom in their own time, healing happens in its own time. Here’s a quick intro to the modality that I put together several years ago with flower essences at its foundation. It’s a simple and elegant way to tune in to nature for healing the mind, body, and spirit. The foundation of Floral Tapping is the use of flower essences paired with different topical and nontopical applications. Flower essences are the energetic imprint of a plant or flower captured in water. For example, if you were exhibiting the symptoms of a headache, such as throbbing pain and a feeling of being flushed, you might take a homeopathic remedy made from the toxic plant belladonna. Belladonna on its own is poisonous, but as a homeopathic treatment its active ingredients are diluted down until there are barely any of the original substances left. On the scale of energy and vibrational medicine, flower essences are one of the more subtle, or energetic, methods of healing. It is said that human beings have four bodies, ranging from the physical to the more subtle. We have a physical body, a mental body, an emotional body, and a spiritual body. So, for instance, acupuncture uses needles on the physical body. In contrast, flower essences work primarily on the emotions, which are part of the subtle body. This is because flowers themselves are subtle, more ephemeral energies in nature. He discovered nosodes, homeopathic remedies made from infectious and diseased products. By creating remedies from bacteria, he was able to help many patients, but he soon found himself looking for a different kind of cure.
