Training And Support Through Our Team

How could I ask anyone to join me when I couldn’t even provide for my family? The first four months were complete bliss as I woke up to a position that excited me and challenged my strengths, surrounded by people who encouraged me to live my dream. This desire would be tested the next two years, as we experienced my husband’s job loss, an unplanned move, and financial problems that led to food stamps and church assistance. The business that had skyrocketed only a year before was diving and plunging at such a fast rate it made my head spin. When others would ask me how my business was doing, I didn’t even know how to respond. I was in a business that required me to find leaders who shared my vision and wanted to create their own business. Through years of personal development, I realized I was creating my own glass ceiling through feelings of scarcity and fear. I was determined to find ideas that would create the life I was capable of having. I hired mentors and coaches to help me change my internal dialogue. My external world started to shift and change around me. It took a long time, but through these challenges I was pointed in the right direction to create massive success in both my business and my personal life. It happened only after the struggle, the epic fail, and learning lessons from these experiences. I recognize it was all part of the refiner’s fire.

Starting All Over Again

Starting All Over Again

Many times I wanted to go back to my life of mediocrity. I am so grateful I decided to push through the hard times, the thorny path, because I am better and stronger than I would have been had the fear of failure and the fear of success won the battle. I pushed through my fear. My why was so strong because I knew our Creator was helping me find the right message, the right women, and the solutions to any obstacle. I reached out to powerful, influential women who had been in the entrepreneurial world for years, proving themselves as leaders. As I spoke to each of them, I would lean on my Higher Power to give me the strength and words to reach them. The right women heard the power of this project and chose to align themselves with this amazing movement. As I spoke to them, I told them the powerful intentions of the project. The first was to inspire. If these 25 women can overcome great obstacles and pain in their lives as they work towards their definition of success, then you can, too. You will read stories of everyday fails that most of us can relate to, but also stories of childhood abuse and poverty that many of us will never experience. These stories are not meant to create guilt, but to provide perspective and strength so that we can push through our own failures and tragedies knowing that other women have discovered their greatness in the midst of unbearable pain and tragedy.

Too Little, Too Late

The second was to redefine the words success and failure. You will hear from women who don’t necessarily have worldly riches, but they find joy in the now as they find peace and harmony through their relationships with themselves and their loved ones. You will hear how the failures in their lives became the tender mercies that redefined them, taught them great lessons to reach the next level, and helped them find their ultimate purpose. Why does failure need to be a negative word? Could it potentially be one of the greatest blessings in your life? Might you also find your greatest gifts in your darkest hours? Is it possible that by avoiding failure in life you could be postponing the greatness and success that is awaiting you? I believe many of us are so fearful of showing the world that we are not perfect that we choose to not fully embrace this world. Heaven forbid we admit we are having a bad day! Could you also be limiting your experience in this world because of fear of success? I have worked with incredibly talented women who were three feet from gold and decided to give up because of the changes in their lives. Anticipating these shifts and realizing they are part of the process can help you push through them. It’s time to get vulnerable, raw, and real so we can lift each other up, instead of pretending to have a perfect life that is unattainable. These women identified their why. Knowing what they wanted helped them identify the actions to get them there. A strong purpose always outweighed the challenges and the pain necessary to achieve their goals. They burned their boats. Once they made a choice they chose not to look back, and forged full ahead.

You Don't Control Your Thoughts

Quitting was not an option. They found their strength in a higher force outside of themselves. Almost all of these women attributed their success to something outside of themselves that helped them find solutions to their problems, ideas to create momentum, and comfort and peace during the hard times. These women recognized that they were only one part of the puzzle and that they needed others to achieve big things in their lives. Isn’t it wonderful that we were born with different skills and gifts? We simply cannot create without utilizing balance, help, and strength from others. They all had mentors and teachers who helped them reach the next level of their journey. They redefined failure. They truthfully saw this as a natural part of their progression, not something to avoid or fear. How many people could we touch and help by combining our efforts? Could we gain momentum by allowing them to get additional training and support through our team of diverse women? Was it likely that one or more of the women would connect with you, the reader? Some of the choices are completely free of charge and require only my time.
