What strikes you about it? Go somewhere pleasant nearby, such as a park, a beach, an art museum, your backyard, or whatever place you find uplifting. Take it in visually, hear the sounds, notice what you smell, and focus on what you physically experience and emotionally feel. Partake of that bounty. The wind on your face, the arrangement of shapes in a painting? Open yourself to the experience of beauty. Where in your body do you feel it? Does it pulse, tingle, or warm you there? If there was a feeling associated with it, what would it be? Where in your body do you feel the feeling? Completely open yourself to the joy of this beauty. Let it overwhelm you with bliss and joy. Experience the vibrations. The places in your body where you feel the beauty are places that are especially attuned to the vibration. You can bring your attention there when you want to appreciate the beauty of the moment. Experiencing beauty makes life more vibrant and worth living. Try it and open yourself to it completely. Let the vastness engulf you, and realize you are a part of a radiant, beautiful universe.

Delight and cheer in life, and let it uplift and inspire you. I am grateful to be alive. You’ve heard the saying every day is a gift, right? Although sometimes it might not feel like it, it’s true. To be alive is a rich, poignant, complex, and blissful offering from life. Imagine that Earth is actually a super popular private school for souls to come and have an amazing sensory experience. It’d be like a person getting to go to a luxury acrobatic school if they’d really wanted to experience the highest trapeze for years. As a soul, coming to Earth is a great privilege. Envision a line out the door waiting for a chance to come to this school. Life is a gift of bliss, and you can open yourself to feeling the bliss of living every day. You can make the most of your time here. Finding gratitude for being alive gives your life more significance, more meaning. Your life does mean something.

It has meaning to the many whose lives you touch and to the universe of light and energy. By giving of yourself you can share more of your goodness. Your caring matters. You may never know how much. The stranger you helped may have turned a positive corner because of your involvement. The friend who you made time for might end up having a more positive day because you cared. You can make a difference for another person, animal, or plant. You can also make a major difference for yourself by treating yourself like you are a gift. Embrace yourself and your life and be grateful for who you are, where you are, and where you’ve been. It made you the amazing person you are today. How can you express your gratitude for life? One way is to craft a letter to life. Thank life for your existence.

Stress Is The Worst Thing

Thank life for specific things. Challenge yourself to be only positive in this letter. Only use affirmative statements. Try Thank you, life, for my dance experiences, instead of Thanks, life, for not making me play football so I could dance instead. Keep it positive. We magnetize ourselves to more of that for which we express gratitude. Gratefulness attracts abundance. Thankfulness draws blessings. So thank life with your heart open. Accept thanks in your life, and honor what a gift your life is, has been, and will be. Life is truly a gift! You are a gift to life. I am joyfully responsible for myself, my own happiness, and creating a joyful life. A happy heart can make anything possible. It can empower you to own your life, own your space, and be in your power. The statement of power through the heart, as opposed to the will, allows a feeling of independence. It’s the feeling that your emotional abundance comes from within. It’s an empowering feeling. You are empowered to make yourself happy. You are empowered to create your own bliss. You are independent of an external world that may or may not fill your needs. Instead you fill your own needs. Happiness can be a state of independence. Bliss is a sacred testament to your empowered self. You sparkle and glow with the radiance of your independence. That is the reality. By deciding to believe that and be joyful about it, you reap the rewards of a joyful life. By being you and expressing your own style and natural self, you stand in your power. You feed your soul with the affirmation that you are simply glorious. Your options are endlessly abundant this way. If you can dream it, you can do it, because you’re powerful. This power can be a source of euphoria and bliss because it’s balanced power. It’s kind, caring power. It’s blissful power. It allows you to bloom beyond your perceived limits and to dream big dreams as an independent, glowing, vital being. Do you believe in miracles? Your happy heart and an independent, empowered nature create them every day. You can immerse yourself in the playful joy of being powerful. Do this by affirming your independence, and dazzle yourself and everyone you encounter with your happy, full heart. Play with independence. Radiate with confidence and empowerment. Affirm your essence and honor the myriad, unique, prismatic colors of your own soul. Answer these questions in a journal and really give them lots of thought. Go deep with these questions delve deep. Mine your thoughts to consciously choose the ones you’d like to keep and the ones you’d like to allow to dissolve. Do you feel proud or unabashed? Do you feel happy in your core right now? Who does your happiness depend on? Who in your life negatively affects your happiness quotient? Between zero and one hundred percent, how responsible do you feel for your own happiness?
